Investigator and compliance strategist. Her work, Accessibility Elevation, is an original healthcare accessibility compliance system built for patients in both hospitals and doctor offices. She also provides coaching services to adults and younger adults, and she is actively working to close the unemployment gap for people with disabilities, one step at a time.
Her background in investigation, compliance and accessibility governance shapes every system she creates and every person she coaches. She has experience across higher education, HR, hospitals, hospitality, law firms and corporate settings.

Coaching helps someone move through the season they are in. But for many people with disabilities, the barrier is not direction, it is access to work in the first place.
For people with disabilities, unemployment is rarely just a missed paycheck. It can be the difference between a home and the street, a meal and an empty table. No parent wants that for their child. We are building a platform to help close that gap.
