Investigator, compliance strategist and founder of Evidence LLC. Her work, Accessibility Elevation, is an original healthcare accessibility compliance system built for patients in both hospitals and doctor offices. She also provides coaching services to adults and younger adults, and she is actively working to close the unemployment gap for people with disabilities, one step at a time.

Her background in investigation, compliance and accessibility governance shapes every system she creates and every person she coaches. She has experience across higher education, HR, hospitals, hospitality, law firms and corporate settings.

As a fluent ASL user and a Black Deaf woman, Jalon brings lived experience into everything she builds.
